My mission

In 2004, I defined my mission: to help individuals, groups, and organizations live their lives more fully, according to their own perspectives. Since then, I have been working to bring this mission to life with the highest quality through training, self-awareness work, and extensive professional experience.

Today, my dream has come true: as a coach, trainer, organizational developer, and coach supervisor, I work every day to help my clients set and achieve the goals that matter to them. All of this is done with a focus on ensuring a safe and supportive change process.

I value

my clients' ability to progress at their own pace, on their own path, and with a sense of satisfaction as they work toward their goals. To support this, I offer a broad range of tools, including solution-focused methods, Gestalt, transactional analysis, personality typologies, systemic constellations, and various models from my experience as a trainer. Additionally, I integrate presence, active listening, meaningful storytelling, and even humor into our sessions. Alongside coaching, I work with focusing-oriented and body-conscious methods, representing focusing-oriented coaching in Hungary.

I am a certified feedback provider for ARPe©, GPOP™, Hogan, DISC, BM (Business Motivators), PersoLog Personality Profile, Profiles XT, SHL, and PersonalGuide®.

My Key Experience Supporting Leaders

At Magyar Telekom, I served as a senior HR specialist for six years, responsible for development processes for the CEO and their team, as well as for specialized development of four hundred middle and senior managers. I oversaw all individual and group coaching requests across the organization.

I delivered my first leadership development training in 2007. Since 2016, I’ve worked with leaders across diverse industries and levels, including international coaching assignments in countries from the UK to Dubai.

I have coached leaders and private individuals for over 1,200 hours.

My Key Experience Supporting Organizations

My organizational and leadership development work spans both corporate and nonprofit sectors.

I have developed and implemented organization development processes for organizations/departments ranging from 3 to 1,800 members.

I have designed and executed award-winning leadership development initiatives, including the "Szépmű Project."

I worked as an organization developer at Telekom on a project that received the SZMT Best OD Project award in 2014. Additionally, I spent two years as the internal change manager for Central Europe's largest SAP (ERP) transformation project.

I am well-acquainted with the common challenges at various leadership levels, in project management, and among experts. I understand the circumstances, emotions, and challenges created by organizational change, and I am happy to assist in managing these changes.

My Key Experience Supporting Individuals

In 2004, I decided to pursue a career in helping others, and since then, I have been continuously learning and gaining experience in this profession. I have spent over 2,000 hours in self-awareness and therapeutic work to ensure that our sessions are truly about you and to be as authentic as possible in the topics you bring to me.

I became a Focusing Trainer in 2012, and since then, I have been guiding individuals and groups using the Focusing method. In 2016, I completed my first coach training, and since then, I have worked with 250 clients and accumulated over 1,200 hours of individual coaching experience. My approach is Focusing-oriented, helping you (literally and figuratively) feel better.

I regularly attend supervision, and ethics and confidentiality are fundamental to my work. Beyond my professional expertise, I welcome you with humility, curiosity, and care!

I am a qualified mentor coach and coach supervisor, an ICF-registered mentor coach, and a focusing trainer recognized by the Focusing Institute of New York.

I have been a lecturer in the advisory psychology program at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BMGE) since 2011. I have been delivering train-the-trainer programs since 2018, and organizational development courses since 2022.

I earned the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation in 2019.

I have dedicated over 2000 hours to self-reflective and therapeutic work to ensure our sessions are truly about you.
