How does it work?

Coaching process for individuals (life coaching)

In the coaching process, I partner with you to help define and reach your most important goals. Our sessions provide a safe, supportive space to openly explore real, meaningful topics. My approach strengthens your self-connection and self-reflection, empowering you to find the courage to choose yourself and make decisions that align authentically with who you are.

Common topics in my life coaching sessions include:

  • Recognizing and overcoming limiting beliefs – get on your own map!
  • Burnout, burnout prevention, resilience
  • Defining life goals, purpose, and life strategy – Who are you, and what is your "Why?"
  • Career decisions
  • Building self-confidence, self-esteem, self-compassion – empathy and self-care
  • Making hard decisions
  • Conflict resolution, strategies for handling conflict, assertiveness, boundary-setting
  • Effective time management, beyond the techniques

You can also choose to include personality assessments in your process. These may provide deeper insight into your behaviors (Profiles XT, GPOP™, DISC), motivations (Business Motivators, ProfilesXT), energy management, and burnout level (PersonalGuide). These tools help you better understand your strengths, areas for growth, and make more informed decisions about who you want to become.

Note: At the end of our first session, you’ll have the chance to decide if this path feels right for you.
