How does it work?

Coaching process for leaders (business coaching)

In the coaching process, I work with you as a partner to help define and achieve the goals that matter to you. During our sessions, we establish a space of emotional safety, allowing us to genuinely explore the topics that truly matter.

My methodology supports you in connecting more deeply with yourself.

This enables you to find the courage and strength to make authentic decisions and confidently stand by them.

I also support you in finding ways to integrate your own needs into your life, beyond your responsibilities - to place yourself on your own map.

Common themes that arise in my executive coaching sessions include:
