In coaching processes, I often observe that traits like perseverance and self-discipline help us overcome countless obstacles. However, too much perseverance and discipline can prevent us from pausing, recognizing our own needs, and taking care of ourselves. That’s why it’s crucial to understand our core operating patterns and assess whether the strengths that once brought us success are now hindering our ability to feel good.

This is where the PersonalGuide® comes in. 

The PersonalGuide® is a behavioral and personality assessment tool that offers a new perspective on ourselves, and our behavior — one we may not have previously had the opportunity to see. Based on these insights, we can make informed decisions about how we want to act and live in the future. The results reveal:

  • Empowerment factors: These represent our personal "toolkit" of coping mechanisms.
  • and shows Risk factors: These show how stress and emotionally challenging situations may influence our thinking and behavior in less controlled ways.

 

This awareness allows us to consciously use and strengthen beneficial factors while addressing risk factors — for example, through an individual coaching process. The tool also provides a specific percentage indicating where we stand on the path to burnout. It highlights areas for change to help us live more sustainably and practice self- care effectively.
