As a helper to support your own professional activities

How does it work?

Who supports the Helpers?

In the helping profession, we often give so much to our clients. We may sometimes even go beyond our own limits, with their well-being as our primary focus. I started this way too, assuming I would be ‘just fine’ on my own and do not need to recharge. It took time to realize that self-care, setting boundaries, and reinvesting energy in myself are just as essential cornerstones for living a sustainable and nurtured life as professional development.

As a qualified mentor coach and coach supervisor, I am here to support you with a concrete professional toolkit as well as in nurturing your coach identity and practice. Our work together provides a safe environment to explore and resolve any blocks, caring for both your practice as a helper and for yourself.

The topics I most often work on with coaches include:

  • Supervision: Strengthen your helper identity (Who are you as a helper? Who are your clients?) and nurture your professional persona and practice.
  • Self-Care and Renewal: With the PersonalGuide® test, gain awareness of your behavior patterns and assess the sustainability of your emotional energy management. Recognize where you stand on the burnout path and find ways to turn back.
  • Mentor coaching: If you’re preparing for ICF certification (ACC, PCC) and seeking mentoring, I offer guidance on techniques and expanding your professional toolkit.
  • Trainer and Organizational Developer Training (Antener) : If you aspire to become a trainer or organizational development expert, I offer practice-oriented training of high professional quality.
  • Focusing-Oriented Coaching: Learn to work with presence and bodily sensations to enhance process outcomes. Methodological training for coaches.

I am a certified mentor coach and coach supervisor, ICF-registered mentor coach, and a focusing trainer accredited by the Focusing Institute of New York. I have been a lecturer in the counselor psychology program at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BMGE) since 2011. I have been delivering train-the-trainer programs since 2018, and organizational development courses since 2022. I earned the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation in 2019 and have dedicated over 2,000 hours to self-reflective and therapeutic work to ensure our sessions are truly about you.
